Good place to grab a quick bite of sushi at a rather busy spot. For some reason this place is not easy to find on google maps, probably due to it's size. Staff was friendly, prices were decent, taste was good.
MoreGood sushi. Conveyor belt style. Guy making it right there. I will say it was good. I imagine some of the sushi has gone around a few times before someone grabs it so not quite as fresh as can be. Price was decent, depends on your hunger after a long day wandering Nara of course. Me and my wife paid about $40 total for sushi and 2 beers.
MoreI don't have much experience with sushi in Japan so I might be wrong, but I think this was average sushi. The place was interesting, nothing was wrong but I had a feeling that something was missing...
MoreFresh tasty sushi on a conveyor belt. Relaxed atmosphere. Every dish is priced differently so pay attention to what you're taking.
MoreGood and simple place to have sushi from the round belt even for a foreign people! Lots of different option available.
MoreNot sure why many people are bashing this place. The price is reasonable and the food, while not fantastic, is decent. The unagi sushi in particular was one of the better ones. I enjoyed the clam salad and the cheese salmon as well. My family enjoyed the sushi here.
MoreThe staff and chefs were very friendly! The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed, but vibrant. There was some sushi on the conveyer belt, but we decided to order it from the menu card. It was so good, since it was freshly made by the chef. Our favorites were the unagi and salmon with onion. We also ordered some fried oysters, which were very crunchy and juicy! It tasted great with some lemon juice and tartar sauce.
MoreJust left the Nara Park and looking for sushi to eat. Service provided is fast and prompt. If you are English speaking, is better to read the instructions(in front of your seat). I scoop 4 spoonful of green tea powder instead of 2. Try the unagi sushi(recommended)
MoreSushi was delicious and I ate more than I intended to.
